After the rain, the air in the Panshan mountain is fresh,clouds and mist wreathed the mountain. The green cypresses on the mountain are lush and verdant. On the rugged and slippery mountain road, a group of pedestrians are climbing towards the top of the mountain with high morale. They sometimes wipe the sweat off their foreheads, sometimes stop to admire the scenery, and sometimes cheer each other up! This is the team expansion activity of Xiangmeike sales team in 2022.

The goal of this team today is to climb the highest peak of the Panshan mountain, the Guayue Peak, at an altitude of 864.4 meters. As a salesman, we are under grate performance pressure every day. We usually work alone in the market and have very few opportunities to exercise. We aim to use this expansion activity to help everyone relax and exercise while strengthening communication and interaction among team members, enhancing their cohesion and combat effectiveness!

After half a day of climbing and mutual support from everyone, we successfully reached the summit. During the process of reaching the summit, each of us set our own small goals, but each person's small goals eventually coalesced into our team's big goal of successfully reaching the summit! When the mountains are high but the people are at the peak, unity is sure to win. Winning the Guayue Peak and successfully reaching the summit is only the first step taken by our team. I think our team work in unity and close cooperation, hard work and progress will definitely be able to unite and overcome difficulties in daily work, and ultimately achieve our goals!
